STUDIO RULES

Using the studio

• Your reserved time includes entry, setup, cleanup, restoration and exit.
• After use, clean the space and return moved furniture and equipment to their original positions.
• Take all personal items and rubbish with you. Disposal costs may be charged for items left behind.
• Actual repair or replacement costs may be charged for damaged or stained facilities and equipment.
• Illegal activity, conduct contrary to public order, and behavior that disturbs neighbors are prohibited.

Prohibited activities

• Alcohol consumption, smoking and open flames.
• Strong odors, excessive noise and loud sound.
• Unauthorized work on walls, floors or equipment, and bringing hazardous materials.
• Transferring or subletting the reservation to another party.
